A series reference can show the run size, the tier, and the run number inside that tier. For customer clarity, TtCo should also show the plain-language count when the reference is used publicly.

Can you explain the Core count in simple terms?

Tiers and Numbering
What does Premium mean?
Premium is TtCo's most limited commercial numbered art tier. If a product is Premium Numbered Art, the product page should state the relevant details.
What does Signature mean?
Signature is a broader commercial numbered art tier than Premium, but it still uses a structured numbered series.
What does Core mean?
Core is TtCo's broadest standard commercial numbered art framework. If a Core item is numbered, the product page should explain the applicable numbering or series details.
Can you explain Premium, Signature, and Core simply?
Think of three sizes of special sets. Premium is the smallest set, Signature is a medium set, and Core is the biggest set. All three can be organized and numbered, but they are not the same size.
Is Core still limited?

What is an artID?
An artID is a unique identifier that helps match the exact piece to its Verisart certificate. It connects the certificate to the artwork, not just to a general product listing.
Can you explain artID simply?
An artID is like a library card number for your artwork. It helps match the exact artwork to its certificate record.
What should I do if the product page, number, certificate, or registry details do not match?

Commissioned Works
What is a Commissioned Work?
A Commissioned Work is a bespoke, one-of-one, hand-created canvas commission based on a selected TtCo design.
It is separate from our standard product inventory and is reviewed through a private quote process.
Is a Commissioned Work the same as buying a standard TtCo product?
No.
A Commissioned Work may be based on a TtCo design that also appears in other product formats, but the commissioned canvas is separate from standard inventory, product caps, and public product availability.
Can I request a Commissioned Work based on a TtCo design?
Yes. You may contact TtCo to request review for a Commissioned Work based on a selected TtCo design.
Not every request will be accepted. TtCo reviews each request for fit, feasibility, timing, scope, and brand alignment before preparing a quote.
How is a Commissioned Work priced?
Each Commissioned Work is privately quoted.
The quote may consider the selected source design, requested size and format, execution complexity, artist requirements, current source-work context, travel, installation, special handling, documentation, and timeline.

Can customer demand affect a Commissioned Work quote?

If a selected TtCo design has demonstrated meaningful customer demand, that context may be considered during the quote process.
This does not mean TtCo promises resale value, future value, appreciation, or investment performance. It simply means the quote may reflect the source work's current context.
Does a Commissioned Work include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. For designated Commissioned Works, a Verisart Certificate of Authenticity is issued after completion and final inspection.
Certificate details may depend on the approved scope and documentation process for the commission.
Does buying a Commissioned Work mean I own the design?
No.
The buyer receives the physical commissioned canvas described in the quote. Unless separately agreed in writing by TtCo, the purchase does not transfer the underlying TtCo design, copyright, trademarks, source files, reproduction rights, licensing rights, merchandising rights, or other intellectual property.
Can I reproduce, print, license, or merchandise the design?
No, not unless TtCo separately agrees in writing.
A Commissioned Work purchase covers the physical commissioned canvas only. It does not include reproduction, licensing, commercial-use, merchandise, digital-file, or derivative rights unless those rights are specifically granted in a separate written agreement.
Is a Commissioned Work an investment?
No.
TtCo does not market Commissioned Works as investments, financial products, resale vehicles, appreciation assets, or guaranteed collector assets.
A buyer should request a Commissioned Work because they want the physical work, the connection to the selected TtCo design, and the experience of owning a governed one-of-one TtCo canvas.
How long does a Commissioned Work take?
Timing depends on the artist's schedule, approved scope, documentation, inspection, shipping, and any special handling needs.
A typical window may be several weeks from deposit to completion, but the quote will provide the best available timing for the specific commission.
How do I request a Commissioned Work?
