Customer Orders
Most TtCo products are made to order. Orders typically process and ship within 2–5 business days. After shipment, standard delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, missing, or incorrect, contact TtCo within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.
TtCo will review the order details and supporting information before confirming the available resolution.

TtCo | Art, Numbered Series, and Commissioned Works
TtCo | Art
TtCo | Art includes designated wall-art and art-based offerings released under TiredteacherCo standards. Not every TtCo | Art product includes numbered-series treatment, an art identifier, or a Certificate of Authenticity.
Certificate of Authenticity
A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) applies only to eligible art releases and designated Commissioned Works. If a product page does not state that a Certificate of Authenticity is included, it should not be assumed.
Numbered Series
Numbered-series treatment applies only to designated registered releases. For any registered TtCo print series, Number 1 is reserved to TtCo for owner and principal use. No customer order, preorder, or fulfillment timing may displace that reservation.
Commissioned Works
A Commissioned Work (CW) is a bespoke, one-of-one, hand-created canvas commission based on a selected TtCo design. Commissioned Works are separate from TtCo's numbered print editions and separate from the Premium, Signature, and Core commercial run system.
A Commissioned Work does not receive a public run code or piece number. Any Commissioned Work reference number is an internal booking identifier only. A Verisart Certificate of Authenticity is issued only after completion and final inspection.
Bulk Orders
Bulk pricing may be available for qualifying orders.
Eligibility depends on the product, quantity, production capacity, destination, timeline, and shipping requirements. Large or complex orders may be reviewed and privately quoted before final confirmation.
Shipping treatment and other order-specific terms are confirmed in the approved quote.
