Shipping Policy (US-Only)

Where we ship

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping will be introduced in a future update to this policy.

Made-to-order processing time

Most items are made to order. Orders typically process and ship within 2–5 business days. Some items may take longer depending on the product and seasonal demand.

Shipping time and tracking

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote areas may take longer.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and a package is returned or cannot be delivered, we may be able to reship it at your cost (subject to product availability).

Shipping problems

Delivered but missing: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors/front desk and contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us with your order number.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no delivery and the shipment appears lost, email us and we’ll help investigate. For eligibility to reprint/replace, timing matters. Please notify us within 7 days after the applicable window ends: (a) 30 days after shipment for domestic deliveries, or (b) 45 days after shipment for international deliveries once international shipping is offered.

Damaged packages / defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@tiredteacherco.com with your order number and photo proof. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping within the United States unless otherwise noted on a product page or at checkout.
