Refund Policy (Made-to-Order / Final Sale)

Most TiredteacherCo | TtCo items are made to order. Because of that, all sales are final and we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • incorrect color selection
  • change of mind / buyer’s remorse

Order issues (we’ll make it right)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please include: your order number, and at least 4 clear photos (full item, close-up of the issue, packaging, and shipping label if available).

If approved, we will typically provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. In many approved cases, you won’t be required to return the item.

What is not considered a defect

The following are not considered defects and aren’t eligible for a free replacement or refund:

  • minor print placement variation (within standard production tolerance)
  • minor size variation from the size guide (within standard production tolerance)
  • issues caused by customer-provided details (wrong address, wrong size, etc.)
  • normal wear, washing damage, or misuse after delivery

Shipping issues

Delivered but missing: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please contact the carrier first (and check with neighbors/front desk). If you still need help, email us and we’ll advise next steps.

Wrong / incomplete address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout, we may be able to reship it at your cost (subject to product availability). Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, and additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
